Bio

There are times in your life when things just aren't as they seem.  Well that's the way it was for me.  I was born into a family who loved the Lord worshipped Him and lived a very Godly life.  My dad Bill Wheeler was a pastor and probably the most Godly man I have ever known and my mom Chris was the example of a Godly mother.  They have both since gone on to be with the Lord but I will remember their lives forever.  I remember one day while my dad was preaching I at the age of 5 really believed that God was dealing with me.  I made my way to the altar that Sunday morning in February, 1966 and thought that I was becoming a child of Christ.

Well as my life went on, I realized that things just weren't right.  I knew something was missing in my life.  On March 2, 2003 my son's birthday on a Sunday night, I knew the Lord had been really dealing with me for a while I just kept running.  On this Sunday I quit running and sitting in a friends car in my driveway I told her "I can't get out of this car, I may not make it to the door and if I don't I will bust hell wide open"  I knew I wasn't a Christian because I had not had a personal relationship with Him.  I asked Jesus to come into my heart and become the Lord of my life.  Since that time everything about me has changed.  The way I think, act, even the company I keep.  God did a complete transformation a total makeover if you will.  What a night!!!  I had the honor that same night to lead my daughter Kalah to the Lord as well.  We were both baptized together and it has been a great love relationship with my Jesus ever since.

I used to be an actress in the theatre in Decatur for many years which I loved so much but when I became a Christian, I knew I had to do some things differently.  So I asked God to allow me to be able to continue in some form of performance, and He let me know quick it was no longer about me but ALL about Him.  So I asked for a tool to use to share Him with others in a very unique way and did He ever!

Rated E! Creative Worship Ministry was born.  God has really blessed this ministry in so many ways and is continuing to bless even today.  Our goal is to "Advance His Kingdom" and to see lost souls come to know Jesus in a personal way.  Pray for us that God would open doors for us to sow seed to further His church.

We don't perform we present Jesus!

We have an audience of ONE!

Talladega Raceway Ministries

Our mission trip every year is to the Talladega Raceway in the Spring and Fall. We partner with Raceway Ministries and share Jesus with the spectators. We are placed in the middle of the campground of about 100,000 and bring the light of Jesus to a very dark place. We have given out over 8000 bottles of water in the last 3 years with the plan of salvation on them and the Lord has been glorified through it all. Our objective is to advance His kingdom and our burden is for lost souls. For more information concerning Talladega Raceway Ministries please contact me.

The festival is held annually at Stadium Park in front of Gilmore/Vines Football Stadium, home of the Hueytown Golden Gophers. More than 60 booths representing civic organizations and businesses from all over the state of Alabama will be scattered throughout the park.
The 2006 Springfest drew a crowd of more than 3000 people.

This year was our first time to participate in this event.  It was a time of praising the Lord and glorifying Him through song.  We plan to be a part of this each year!

Statement of Faith

Below outlines what Rated E! Creative Worship Ministry of North Highlands Baptist Church believes and the faith we use in our ministry.
Some doctrinal points (for example baptism) have not been included. Please understand that while we hold strong beliefs in regard to doctrinal issues and they are important to us as believers, we do not deal with these issues in our ministry. We prefer to minister across denominational lines, focusing on what ultimately is the most important issue – salvation through Jesus Christ – and trust
the local church body to disciple and train in doctrine as they see fit. We accept the Bible as God’s Word – divinely inspired and without error (Hebrews 4:12 and 2 Peter 1:20-21). We do not pretend to understand all truth, we rely on God’s grace as we strive to apply what we have learned as we continue to study and grow

(2 Timothy 2:15; 3:14-17).

Jesus Christ was God in the flesh (John 1:14, Philippians 2:4-11,

I John 4:2), born of a virgin (Luke 1:26-35); the exact representation of God through His life and teaching (John 14:6-11). He lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15) and died on a cross, offering Himself as a sacrifice, taking our sins upon Himself past, present and future (2Corinthians 5:14-18). God raised Him to life three days later as Lord and Savior (John 20) and

(I Corinthians 15:1-8) and He now represents those who have received Him (Romans 8:2) while He waits to come back and take us home to be with Him. (I Corinthians 15:42-58 and I Thessalonians 4:13-18) Mankind is born with a sinful nature (Romans 5:12-19, 7:17-18. As we grow up, that nature proves itself through our own disobedience (Romans 3:23, 5:8).

Our disobedience – our sin – separates us eternally from God (John 3:16-18) unless we come to God’s forgiveness through Jesus. He is the only way to salvation.

“I am the way, the truth and the life NO man comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). Jesus is the only way. Salvation is a free gift of God’s love (Romans 6:23). We are saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8) and that faith comes from hearing the full story of Jesus, believing it and calling on the Lord as we seek Him (Hebrew 11:6). We confess Him as Lord, recognizing our own sin (Romans 10:9-17). Faith in Him will lead us to turn from living for ourselves to living for Him (Acts 2:36-45, 3:18, 20:21).
